Commander's Call
JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. -- Master Sgt. Sean Verapeen, 34th Aerial Port Squadron, addresses more than 500 Reserve Airmen assembled for the 514th Air Mobility Wing Commander's Call. Sergeant Verapeen, the wing's fitness program manager, discussed some of the changes related to the new fitness-testing process such as the new 1.5-mile running track. Colonel Giordano McMullen, the wing's commander, also spoke about fitness, emphasizing the need for the wing to improve its middle-of-the-pack fitness scores in relation to other air mobility and airlift wings within Air Force Reserve Command.
