CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT MATTHEW R. MULDOWNEY
Chief Master Sergeant Matthew R. Muldowney is the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 514th Air Mobility Wing located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. In this capacity, he advises the 514th Air Mobility Wing commander and senior staff on matters of health, welfare and morale, and the effective utilization of more than 2,100 enlisted personnel assigned to the wing.

COLONEL DENNIS P. DUFFY
Colonel Dennis P. Duffy is the Vice Commander of the 514th Air Mobility Wing, Air Force Reserve Command, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. The 514th Air Mobility Wing is an associate Reserve wing comprised of 24 subordinate units that support airlift, air refueling and aeromedical evacuation missions using KC-10 Extender and C-17 Globemaster III aircraft. Colonel Duffy is responsible for training and equipping more than 2,800 personnel, including Air Reserve Technicians and Traditional Reservists.

Colonel David P. Pavey is the Commander of the 514th Air Mobility Wing, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. The 514th Air Mobility Wing is an associate Reserve wing comprised of 24 subordinate units that support airlift, air refueling and aeromedical evacuation missions using KC-10 Extender and C-17 Globemaster III aircraft. Colonel Pavey is the senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) responsible for training and equipping more than 2,300 personnel, including civilians, ARTS and traditional reservists. As an ART, the colonel holds dual status as a civil service employee and an Air Force reservist.
