U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Michael J. The 514th is an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. The 419th is an AFRC unit assigned to Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
