Airmen of the 514th Air Mobility Wing slated to participate in an upcoming readiness inspection underwent self-aid and buddy care training here Jan. 27.

To sharpen skills and ramp up for the inspection's challenges, the Airmen were split into small groups, rotating through four training sessions in which topics covered airway and shock management, triage and patient transportation.

Reservists must complete SABC training every two years via computer-based and hands-on training as an individual readiness requirement.
