JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. -- More than 75 enlisted Airmen honed their skills during a mentoring workshop here June 9-10.

The workshop included team-building exercises on Fort Dix's leadership reaction course, speed mentoring with with senior leaders and a joint service chiefs' panel.
