The 2019 OPA survey is currently being administered by the DoD’s Office of People Analytics (OPA). Unlike previous administrations, the 2019 survey combines three congressionally-mandated surveys into one survey. This survey is being administered to a census of Reserve and National Guard members. It contains three sections; members are selected to complete only one section. Currently response rates are extremely low across the Services and we need your help!
