The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Series is a series of educational classes that introduce participants to relaxation and stress-management techniques that can be applied in daily life situations. It is based on The Stress Reduction and Relaxation Workbook by Davis, Eshelman, & McKay.

Unless otherwise indicated, all classes take place in the 514th Mission Support Group conference room, building 2216, W. Arnold Ave., Joint Base MDL, N.J.

Class 1: Body Awareness

Class 2: Breathing
