JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. -- Lt. Col. Frederick Berls took command of the 76th Air Refueling Squadron Aug. 23. In addition to his Reserve duties, Berls serves as a federal contractor working with KC-10 simulators.
