Training mission provides real relief
JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST ? Loadmaster Tech. Sgt. Sean McClendon, 732nd Airlift Squadron, directs the positioning of cargo before uploading to the C-17 Globemaster III. The C-17 aircrew accomplished training requirements with stops at three bases over the weekend to upload and download cargo under the Denton Program intended for delivery to Guyana and Afghanistan. The Denton Program authorizes the Department of Defense to transport donated assistance material, free of charge, on a Space Available basis and of no cost to the government other than the cost of transportation itself.
