JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. -- Senior Airman Michael O'Neil, an aerospace ground equipment technician with 514th Maintenance Squadron, repairs a flange on a universal aircraft tow bar here Jan. 20, 2011. The damaged flange was discovered during a scheduled maintenance inspection.
