JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX LAKEHURST, N.J. -- Senior Airman Sigmund Tanseco, 42nd Combat Communications Squadron operates emergency-response communications equipment during a training exercise here June 23. The Joint Users Interoperability Communications Exercise, known as JUICE, is an annual event which assesses interagency communications among all branches of the military, many federal agencies, and other emergency-response agencies.
