State legislators recognize New Jersey AF Reserve wing

MCGUIRE AFB, N.J. -- Assemblyman Samuel D. Thompson of New Jersey's 13th Legislative District recently presented Col. James L. Kerr, commander, 514th Air Mobility Wing, with a New Jersey Senate and General Assembly Proclamation.
