MCGUIRE AIR FORCE BASE, N.J. -- 514th Air Mobility Wing leaders listen to a lecture on the impact of diversity throughout American history at the AF Reserve Command Human Resources Development Council Workship in Atlanta in October. The bi-annual workshop featured sessions on mentorin, diversity, career progression, a first-term Airman's panel and a senior leaders panel.
