514th Air Mobility Wing's Annual Awards Banquet

Lt. Col. (Ret.) Justine Constantine, a former Marine and attorney, speaks to the crowd at the 514th Annual Awards Banquet at Tommy B's Activity Center Feb. 11. In 2006, Constantine was shot in the head by a sniper while deployed to Iraq. He was declared dead, before he was saved by quick and courageous actions of his fellow Marines and a Navy Corpsman, who refused to give up on him.
