U.S. Air Force Staff. Sgt. Adam D. Van Horn, C-17 Globemaster III Loadmaster, 732nd Airlift Squadron, 514th Air Mobility Wing, locks a cargo pallet in place at Joint Base Charleston, S.C., Nov. 17, 2017.
