The 514th Air Mobility Wing's 76th Air Refueling Squadron held a change of command ceremony at Tommy B's Community Activities Center here Jan. 12, where Lt. Col. Kevin Dombay took over command from Lt. Col. Matthew Tondini. The 76th ARS is one of two squadrons of the 514th AMW that fly the KC-10 Extender and performs aerial refueling and cargo missions worldwide.
