Inaugural Flight Commander Leadership Course

Capt. Steven R. Carroll, Operations Officer, 514th Security Forces Squadron, looks on during the inaugural Flight Commander Leadership Course hosted by the 514th Air Mobility Wing and taught by Lt. Col. Fernando Waldron, Deputy Commander, 514th Mission Support Group. During the three day course, the 12 participants learned skills that would allow new flight commanders and similar level leaders to focus on leadership development and application at the unit-level.
