U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Albert Miller, Aircrew Task Force director, addresses pilots assigned to the 305th Air Mobility Wing at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. on Aug. 25, 2022. Miller has amplified community outreach to aircrew members in the field through increased site visits. These visits provide a chance to have meaningful discussions with all aircrew members to capture operational, quality of life, and quality of service concerns to inform policy decisions.
